Bitfinex offers its services in 52 countries and is known for its extensive range of trading options and features, tailored to meet the needs of experienced traders.
This includes almost all countries in Europe (besides Austria and Italy) and other jurisdictions not restricted by bitfinex.
Users can engage in spot trading, margin trading, and derivatives trading, with the option of leveraging up to 100x.
Bitfinex has close ties with Tether Ltd., the company behind the popular stablecoin Tether (USDT).

1. Someone living in the U.S. or is a U.S. citizen. 2. Anyone who lives in Canada or is a Canadian citizen. 3. Anyone who lives in the British Virgin Islands or is a citizen of there. 4. The Government of Venezuela. 5. Anyone living in Austria or Italy. 6. Anyone living in, a citizen of, or a government official from a place that is not allowed (a Prohibited Jurisdiction). 7. Anyone who has been officially sanctioned or penalized.
Is Bitfinex licensed and regulated?
Bitfinex Securities El Salvador has received a Digital Asset Service Provider license from El Salvador's National Digital Asset Commission.
This makes Bitfinex the world's first international digital asset platform to receive approval to be licensed as a Digital Asset Service Provider in El Salvador.
Is Bitfinex available in the US?
Bitfinex is not available in the United States at the time of writing.
